Everyone can book one coaching session per day in advance.
The Coaching sessions are divided into days and groups below.
Choose your session and then a time.

1. 1 star / 2 star - Topic coached will be decided among group on the day
2. 2 star / 3 star - Topic coached will be decided among group on the day
3. 3 star / 4 star - Topic coached will be decided among group on the day
4. Advance Trip - 4 star plus only Time: 9.30am - 12.30pm
5. Claw - 4 star plus only
6. Freestyle - suitable for any level
7. Flat Water Freestyle Coaching - suitable for any level
8. Open Canoe - suitable for any level

Barry is a whitewater kayaker with a passion to travel with his boat along side. Weather it's surfing at his local playspot or paddling big water abroad he is happiest on the water.

Aoife represented Ireland at the European Freestyle Championships. She has toured Europes finest whitewater taking on Italy, France and Norway. She has a passion and drive for kayaking.
Meet The Coaches

Robbie O'Shea
Robbie has been paddling since 2007. He has represented Ireland at 2 separate world championships and has kayaked in more than 10 countries across 4 continents.

Robert Kiernans
Roberts love for kayaking has taken him all over the world including paddling in the USA, Uganda,Canada, all over Europe and the British Isles. He represented Ireland in the 2015 freestyle world championships. He is no stranger to instructing, having worked as an instructor since the age of 16.

Shane Harkin
Paddling for 10 years and represented Ireland in Canoe Slalom. He has paddled in many rivers across Europe with his favourite destination being France.

Jon O Neill
30+ yrs water sports coach. Compete in surfing (waveski) in Europeans Worlds and local competitions. Running rivers in Canoes and Kayaks in Europe, Scotland and sweet sweet home.
I've been kayaking for 9 years and in that time the sport has taken me to places i would never have seen otherwise and given me some amazing experiences

Aisling Brenan
Aisling has been kayaking since 2012 and has represented Ireland at the European Freestyle championships and is training for the 2020 championships. She has kayaked all over Ireland, the French Alps, Northern Portugal and Galicia gaining experience from exceptional paddlers.

Started kayaking in France and joined the french freestyle team in 2015. He competed in the world championships in Canada securing 11th place. Lucien joined the irish freestyle team this year, and went to the European championships in Germany, ending 27th place

Robyn Livingstone

Robyn has been working in the outdoor industry for almost a decade, and is a firm believer of if you aren't wet your not learning! She has undertaken paddling adventures in Scotland, France and Canada.
After starting kayaking in university Bradley became deeply immersed in the sport. After putting in the hours early under the supervision of some of Ireland's top paddlers, both at home and abroad, he has developed a wide knowledge base through all aspects of kayaking
Paddling over 10yrs and competing in different kayaking disciplines like slalom, sprint and canoe polo before eventually settling on Kayak Freestyle. David finished 13th at the 2016 Freestyle Kayaking European Championships in Germany and currently training for the 2017 freestyle Kayaking World Championships in Brazil.
